Navy debunks refusal by ex-naval chief to hand over to successor

Navy has dismissed allegation that the immediate past Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Adm. Awwal Gambo, has refused to hand over to his successor, Rear Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla.
