Court fixes November 10 on Evans’ application to quash fresh charges

Evans was docked with Victor Aduba on a four-count charge bordering on conspiracy, kidnapping and unlawful possession of firearms. They were accused of conspiring and kidnapping Mr Sylvanus Hafia.
