Boyloaf Foundation plans ICT libraries, scholarships

Former Commander of Niger Delta ex-agitators, Victor-Ben Ebikabowei, popularly known as Boyloaf, has listed 40 students as beneficiaries of a scholarship scheme offered by his new foundation, the Boyloaf Foundation.
