Firm opens online platform for real estate investors

Online real estate company, ToLet.com, said it has created a platform for real estate investors to interact.

Speaking at the unveiling, the Chief Executive Officer, ToLet.com, Fikayo Ogundipe, said the platform, which was formerly for property rentals, had now been expanded to include the sale of properties.

“The goal is to provide users with the best property search experience through the creation of a fast and smooth online search system. Part of the newly added features is a space that allows landlords to directly post their properties,” he said.

He stated that the company had also started a marketplace programme for real estate agents.

“The ToLet Partner Agent Programme, which will allow property seekers access large collection of properly verified agents, also aims to improve service delivery and is geared towards empowering small and medium-scale real estate agents in Lagos,”
