HP has introduced its latest HP DesignJet portfolio, bringing cutting-edge large-format printing technology to architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals and copy shop businesses.

The Head of Large Format Printing Business, HP MEA, Ernest Azzam, said the new 36-inch HP DesignJet printers provide high-quality, cost-efficient printing solutions, addressing the evolving needs of professionals working in hybrid environments.

Azzam explained that the HP DesignJet Smart Tank T908, which is the first large-format ink tank multifunction printer, is designed to help copy shops and AEC professionals print, scan, and copy seamlessly and affordably.

According to Azzam, it features an innovative spill-free refill system, ensuring effortless maintenance, and boasts an impressive print speed of 120 A1 pages per hour.

Azzam stated that the printer is optimised for A3-A1 CAD drawings and architectural boards, delivering precise, high-quality prints with minimal waste.
