The Second International Computer Project Olympiad (ICPO) brought 90 participants from Nigeria, Georgia, Bulgaria, the USA, England, Macedonia, Germany South Africa, Thailand, Kenya, and many other countries to compete for the annual award for technology innovation and design.

Addressing the guests at the event, Pro. Dr. Yusuf Erdogan, the International Turkmen Turkish University Rector commended the ambitious young people who came from different countries for their zeal in trying to master the most complicated modern technology and aspiring to further human development.

Oluwaseun Olorunmeye Daniel of the Nigerian Turkish International College, Abuja designed a robot that was controlled with a computer to help with minor house chores. It was titled “controlling Robotic system with computer”. With a vote of 95,105, he won gold alongside participants from Turkey and Turkmenistan who designed a web hospital and an artificial eye.
Other participants also presented their designs, winning silver, bronze, and the Special Jury prizes.
