what the government is doing now, is what they should have being doing constantly. There is a need to immediately ban a lot of actions that contribute to this problem. First, the security forces can no longer burn illegal refineries. next the government needs to monitor huge industries that emit smoke. finally, there should be no more burning of waste. we can’t be doing studies here and there, action needs to be taken immediately.
