The presence of an evil spirit in the life of a man can stir up an evil cloud around him. This, in acute cases, can result in the exhibition of strange behaviour as we can see in the case of King Saul. He could prophesy rightly, yet when the evil spirit comes upon him he would pick up his javelin against David. This is one of the symptoms of an evil cloud. Such strange behaviours are not only observable in individuals, but in families and even communities covered with an evil cloud.
A newly married couple cried to me some time ago in one of the churches where I pastored. They said their marriage had been hell for them as they were always fighting and quarrelling over trivial issues. Strangely, they observed that whenever they were out of the house for a weekend or going visiting, they remained like lovebirds. I perceived that something was wrong in that house, so, I followed them home for a session of prayers. When we arrived there, I was led by the Spirit of God to inquire about their wedding gifts. They were all packed in one of the rooms, still neatly wrapped as received. Honestly, we didn’t know where to start from because they were quite many, but I knew we needed to unwrap them all. I just pointed at one randomly and immediately, it was unwrapped. What we saw was an average-sized food cooler and inside of it was another wrapped up gift. When we unwrapped this inner gift, we saw a miniature coffin with a dagger inside it. There, laid the cause of their constant battles. The dagger was a symbol of war and the coffin meant the death of the marriage. An enemy gave them that gift, which had been stirring up a negative atmosphere in the house. We burnt up this gift that day, while I prayed for them and their joy and peace were restored. Whatever is acting as a satanic antenna to an evil cloud around your life shall be exposed and destroyed in Jesus’ name.
Another symptom of an evil cloud around a man is seeing shadows or hearing footsteps behind you. Again, it could be when you are always being attracted to the wrong persons and feeling like someone is watching you everywhere you go. Sometimes you could dream that someone is always following you like a spiritual Aide-de-camp. It is like an evil angel or a demonic being. Some other signs could be constant badluck. Everything about you ends in sorrows and pains.
Mysterious disappearance of your belongings like jewelries, undies, clothes, and even money is another sign of the presence of an evil cloud around a man. You need to do something about it. When people who are associated with you always suffer misfortune and even death then you must be careful. It could be the aura around you that is dragging them down. In Matthew 22:23-29, we see the case of a woman marrying seven brothers at different times and they all died mysteriously. If you observe also that evil always befalls you no matter how much you try to avoid it, then it is a sign of an evil cloud. Some repeated strange afflictions that defy medical solutions are also signs of an evil cloud. Other symptoms are untimely death and when you suffer rejection. People just hate you for no reason. Do a spiritual investigation; something must be responsible for it.
Finally, when you experience constant night visitation that is, being pressed in your sleep, it is an evil aura that attracts witchcraft powers to do it. In other to overcome all of these, you must surrender your life totally to Christ, find out the cause of the problem and address it in the place of warfare prayers. A sacrificial seed sown can also provoke God to fight for you.
