The afro-swing, song-writer, recording and performing artiste started his music journey at an early age with the influence of listening to pure afro at a very young age from high school to lip singing other artists songs back then to people he started making his way to record in music studios to perfect his personal sounds.

Kay Phillz officially began the journey of his long term passion in music officially in 2018, after the release his first single ‘Vibe’, he then continued from where he left-off after his initial debut titled ‘Ibadi’ dropped in 2020 which did well on all digital streaming platforms worldwide and also gained some massive airplay on top radio stations in Nigeria and Diaspora.

He plans to influence and impact people with his music and the fans should also expect a new view of KAY PHILLZ on his new release ‘VALID’ is set to drop, the song has a catchy chorus which makes it easy to sing along to and a catchy urban beat produced by PIDO.

Speaking about his plans for the rest of 2022, he revealed that he will be releasing couple of singles with amazing visuals and an amazing body of work (EP) for his core fans.
