Meanwhile, born and brought up in Lagos Nigeria, Uchen is currently based in Sao Paulo Brazil representing Nigeria and Africa in the Afrobeat scene. He’s done music with big names in Brazil like, DJ thimarques , Mc Paulin da Capital and so many more.

He has also worked with top record labels also in Brazil; the likes of Love Funk Produtora, KondZilla. He recently opened up on his growing up, noting that his environment while growing up has huge impact on his music.

“Growing up in Lagos has really exposed me to many things. So when I was out of the country, I still had all those strategies of getting things done no matter what with him. You know Lagos is a city of survival of the fittest. I have no regrets growing up their and being the starting point of my music career.”
