Brand launches promo to raise 60 millionaires, reward others with N30m airtime

PURE Bliss, a biscuit brand from OK Foods Limited stable, has unfolded plans to reward consumers in its second national consumer campaign, tagged, ‘Pure Bliss Millionaire Promo.’

During the event, the company disclosed that 60 millionaires are to emerge in 60 days, with additional N30 million worth of airtime to be won.

Speaking on behalf of the Business Head, Murali Krishnan, during a media parley to unveil the promotion in Lagos, yesterday, Head of Marketing, Sachin Wali, stressed on credibility of the exercise, stating that measures have been put in place to ensure fairness and transparency.

He said: “We are, once again, initiating one of the largest give-back promotions in the biscuits category. We want to thank our consumers for their patronage over the years, and assure them that the promo will be managed with due diligence, fairness and credibility.”

Brand Manager, Chic Choc & Nutrisnax, Olayinka Johnson, said the promo was designed to reward consumers in line with the brand’s promise of ‘Light Up Your Day.’

He said: “The Pure Bliss 60 Millionaires In 60 Days Promo is a great initiative at this time, because consumers would be enjoying their favourite Pure Bliss Cookies & Wafers, while winning big.”

In her remarks, Brand Manager of Pure Bliss, Oluwabukola Yusuph, revealed that over 300,000 winners are to be rewarded with airtime besides 60 lucky consumers that would be rewarded with N60 million prizes, N1 million each.

Endorsing the promo, Senior Legal Officer, Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority, Kemi Adebiyi, noted that the promotion fulfilled the mandate required by the regulator, which is to ensure that the exercise is registered and regulated.

She promised that the agency would play its role in ensuring that the selection process is transparent.

Also speaking, Head, Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), Lagos Office, Susie Onwuka, confirmed that the promotion had got regulatory approvals, urging consumers to participate.
