A dynamic force is redefining the world of real estate and business in Awka, the capital city of Anambra State. Rondi Releum Group of Companies, led by the visionary Chairman and CEO, Orogbu Prince David, is making waves as a conglomerate that encompasses real estate, construction, and oil and gas.
“I was going through Instagram one day and I stumbled upon Grant Cardone and his excellent flair for Real Estate Investing/development. He was so straight to the point and sure of what he was talking about, and I instantly fell in love with it. I also enjoy watching buildings being constructed. It gives me a special tingling sensation,” shared Orogbu Prince David, reflecting on his inspiring journey into the world of entrepreneurship.
Rondi Releum Group is behind the creation of two impressive estates – Rondville estate and Ron D’ Taj estate in Awka and Amansea respectively. These developments have set a new standard, with a combined networth valuation of $5 million. Remarkably, within just a year of operation, Rondi has not only established two major estates but has also ventured into the oil and gas sector, delivering diesel to organizations, businesses, and homes.
A key driving force behind this innovative group is Orogbu Prince David, a young and exceptionally well-traveled individual. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at a tender age, he experienced a setback with a failed business venture at 18. Undeterred, he undertook a transformation, rebranding himself, and returned to the scene at 22 to establish Rondi Group. At an astonishing age of 23, he now holds the distinction of being the youngest real estate developer in Anambra State.
Despite his youth, Orogbu Prince David’s impact has garnered recognition through multiple Rotary awards for his contributions to humanity and innovation. Awards like the EFSA Awards and RET awards underscore his commitment to making a positive difference.
Rondi Releum Group’s accomplishments extend beyond real estate and business. The group has embarked on groundbreaking projects such as the development of the first Cargo architecture Airbnb in South Eastern Nigeria. Collaborations with oil magnate Stanel Group, Grand Classics, and Aesthetics highlight their innovative approach to partnerships.
Currently, Rondi Group is in the midst of developing two estates in Awka, Anambra State, while also working on establishing various filling stations. The group’s overarching goal is to transform the landscape of human development, one cement bag at a time.
In addition to their impressive ventures, Rondi Releum Group is committed to empowering the younger generation. Their “Students in Real Estate” (S.I.R.E) program offers students the opportunity to tap into the vast potential of the real estate market through comprehensive training.
Orogbu Prince David’s journey is not without its challenges. Starting a company at 22 and achieving so much in a year posed personal hurdles. “My challenges are more personal than business cause as an entrepreneur, I had to start changing a lot of habits, starting new habits, readjusting. I’m still in the process but I’m better now, I don’t think anything has challenged me like myself,” he confessed.
For Orogbu Prince David, the true measure of success lies in the lives his company has touched. “People that have built on me. My greatest achievement is people that the company has been privileged to bless one way or the other.”
As the journey continues, Orogbu Prince David’s advice to aspiring entrepreneurs resonates with his own experience: “Start! Just start and everything would come!”
Amid his remarkable achievements, Orogbu Prince David emphasizes the importance of compassion and respect, noting, “No matter your growth in life, the person standing or sitting next to you is beautiful and should be treated as a soul.”
Rondi Releum Group’s story is an embodiment of youthful passion, perseverance, and a commitment to making a difference. With their transformative approach to investment and development, the group is leaving an indelible mark on Anambra’s real estate landscape.
