A statement from the Presidency has officially announced the appointment of Hakeem Muri Okunola as President Bola Tinubu’s Principal Secretary.

Mr. Okunola, who previously served as Personal Assistant to President Bola Tinubu during his tenure as Lagos State governor and later as Head of Civil Service in Lagos State, brings over 25 years of experience in law and public service to his new role.

This appointment coincides with President Tinubu’s nomination of Jamila Bio Ibrahim as Minister for Youth and Ayodele Olawande as Minister of State for Youth on the same day.
