
The firm said it is geared towards meeting the escalating demand for Nibbles bread production, a major food item on the table of almost all Nigerians, hence, the establishment of the largest bakery in the country.
The Head of Marketing, Nduka Mokwunye, said the bakery, which is located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, boasts an estimated daily production capacity of over 100,000 loaves of bread.
He said this marks the fourth addition to SFL’s bakery network, which already spans Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of SFL, Ebele Enunwa, said the firm will help fill the gap that the current increase in demand for Nibbles bread has generated.
“We are excited about what the new bakery means to our numerous customers. It would also further our bakery products reach and reinforce our presence in the competitive bakery space in the country,” Enunwa said.
Enunwa reiterated SFL’s steadfast determination to proactively address gaps in the food industry, aligning with the company’s founding principles.
He assured that SFL’s product offerings will continue to lead the food services industry in Nigeria and respond to evolving customer demands.
Enunwa also stressed the company’s dedication to innovation, while recognising its pivotal role in staying current with industry trends.
