As part of efforts to promote health and unity, a pharmaceutical company, Dexa-Medica in collaboration with Orange Drugs, has organised the Boska Recital Quran Competition in Ibadan, Oyo State.
At the end, more than 15 youths went home with cash prices. The overall winner got N100,000 while others got N70,000, N50,000, N40,000, N30,000 each.
The competition, held at Ibadan Central Mosque, was part of the firm’s Community Social Responsibility (CSR), which enabled participants to exhibit their Quranic knowledge and recitation skills.
The firm reiterated its commitment to the well being of the community by donating drugs and gift items to participants. Speaking about the competition, Digital Marketing Manager, Tony Amadi, said: “Dexa-Medica remains steadfast in its mission to promote community well-being, foster cultural appreciation and provide accessible relief to common ailments through trusted brand like Boska.”
