With a career steeped in experience, Abang-Gwam boasts a noteworthy stint working alongside the previous governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa.

Abang-Gwam began her career in the hallowed halls of the National Assembly in Abuja, where she served as an aide to a former president of the Nigerian Senate, Dr. Olubukola Saraki.
