The Kogi State government has announced that the state All Progressive Congress (APC) has stopped its campaign activities in compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act.

The State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Kingsley Femi Fanwo, made the announcement in a statement on Friday.

“By this announcement, any campaign activity henceforth does not have the permission of the party or its Governorship Candidate,” Fanwo said.

Fanwo, however, urged the party supporters to note that the party and or its candidate will not be liable for any infringement on campaign duration.
