Adefarakan in a statement on Thursday in Lagos said transparency and visibility in the last mile delivery of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals were crucial for ensuring the efficacy of healthcare interventions.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that last mile temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical delivery starts once the products reach the final transportation hub, before journeying directly to the end consumer.
This ‘last mile’ can often be the most complex part of the delivery process, as some pharmaceutical products must be delivered to remote locations at temperature controlled storage conditions.

“By leveraging the capabilities of PharmaChill Boxes, we can revolutionize vaccine transportation and pharmaceutical distribution in Nigeria, ultimately saving lives and advancing public health goals,” he said.
