Realtors gather for game-changing insights at Southeast Realtors Conference 2024

The Southeast Realtors Conference and Awards 2024 in Enugu has gathered Nigeria’s real estate leaders for two days of impactful insights, knowledge sharing, and networking. The first day of the conference opened with a powerful talk by Victor Nnam, who addressed “Sustainability of a Realtor in a Continually Evolving Real Estate Market,” highlighting strategies for long-term success. Emeka Nobis followed, captivating the audience with his session on “How to Convert More Strangers to Clients as a Realtor Using Social Media,” offering realtors the tools to maximize their online reach.

One of the day’s main highlights was Jeff Anozie’s keynote session on “From Amateur to Top-Selling Realtor,” where he also launched his new book, From Novice to Top Selling Realtor. This practical guide, focused on actionable steps for real estate success in Nigeria, sold nearly 200 copies during the event. Anozie’s session inspired both aspiring and seasoned realtors to aim higher in their careers. Tade Cash closed the day with a transformative session on “How to Sell in Hard Times,” offering strategies for thriving in challenging economic conditions. The day ended with the first graduation ceremony for the Realtors School, celebrating over 50 realtors who completed the program and received certifications, marking their transition to becoming influential figures in the real estate sector.

Day two catered to an exclusive audience with a VIP session, where industry leaders shared advanced strategies for scaling success. Emeka Nobis returned to the stage to discuss “Shameless Marketing,” encouraging agents to be bold and unapologetic in promoting their services.

Joshua Mba shared his expertise on “Automating Sales as a Realtor,” providing valuable insights into streamlining operations for better efficiency.

The session concluded with Tade Cash’s talk on “Money Secrets of the Rich,” focusing on wealth management techniques and financial strategies essential for realtors aiming to secure long-term financial success.
