Davido turns 32, reflects on life’s journey
Popular Nigerian musician David Adeleke, known to fans as Davido, has celebrated his 32nd birthday today, November 21st.
The ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ crooner, while expressing gratitude to God and his fans, admitted that life hasn’t always been a bed of roses.
Taking to the social media platform, X, Davido shared his reflections: “Big 32 soon! Omo, God is good. Happy to be alive! My eyes don see shege! But steady my fans dey shout shekpe!”

The singer-songwriter, who recently announced a N300 million donation to orphanages in honour of his birthday, has consistently shown his philanthropic side. In 2021, he made a similar gesture to mark his 29th birthday.
On Wednesday, the three-time GRAMMY® Award-nominated Afrobeats superstar and cultural icon announced a livestream of his highly anticipated “Davido & Friends Birthday Concert”.
