The annual Under 30 CEOs Awards, organized by The CEOs Network Africa, brought together Africa’s brightest young minds for an evening of recognition, inspiration, and celebration. Held in Lagos, the event honoured exceptional young leaders across business, innovation, agriculture, technology, and public service, highlighting a new generation shaping Africa’s future through bold ideas and concrete impact.

The awards spotlighted several standout individuals who are driving tangible change across the continent. Among the honorees was Blessing Abeng, a Forbes 30 Under 30 laureate and Co-founder of Ingressive for Good, recognized for her unwavering commitment to technology education and youth empowerment in underserved communities across Africa.

Abdulquawiy Olododo, CEO of Heart & Capital Nig Ltd, received the Prize for Agriculture, applauding his role in revolutionizing agribusiness through sustainable and inclusive farming practices. Felix Arome was also honoured with the Achievement Award for his deep-rooted work in youth development, while Senator Ned Nwoko was celebrated for his long-standing contributions to leadership and philanthropy in Nigeria, showcasing the intersection of politics, vision, and grassroots impact.

Among this impressive cohort was Nnaemeka Clinton Ezeji, Founder and CEO of Spark Africa, who was recognized for his significant contribution in the marketing field for his work in his storytelling about Spark, which has grown to be one of the foremost event software in Nigeria, to Africa’s digital infrastructure and innovation ecosystem. Clinton’s Spark is currently live in Lagos and Ghana.

His recognition at the awards reaffirms his status as a forward-thinking leader who is building long-term value, driving investment opportunities, and laying down digital rails for Africa’s future.

Speaking on the recognition, Clinton shared, “This award is a powerful reminder that we are not building in isolation. Across Africa, young leaders are doing the hard, unglamorous work of system-building, and I’m grateful to be counted among them. At Spark, our goal has always been to create infrastructure that empowers others, and this recognition encourages us to go even further.”

The Under 30 CEOs Awards continues to serve as one of the most respected platforms for celebrating youth leadership in Africa. Beyond the awards, the platform fosters a robust community of emerging leaders, connecting them with mentors, investors, and collaborators who are aligned with Africa’s long-term growth agenda.
