Silverstone Managers has unveiled Suite ‘N’ Crib, a tech-driven rental platform designed to connect verified property owners with prospective tenants and real estate agents in a secure, transparent, and flexible marketplace.

The development, it has been learnt, will digitise Nigeria’s real estate sector and address long-standing challenges of affordability, safety, and trust.

The platform, unveiled yesterday in Lagos, allows prospective tenants to book apartments directly from verified property owners, while also enabling homeowners and developers to list their properties and earn rental income.

Unlike traditional rental processes, the platform offers flexible payment options, allowing tenants to rent apartments for as little as one month, rather than committing to yearly or multi-year payments.

Head of Product at Silverstone Managers, Dominic Mukoro, said the platform was designed to serve every stakeholder in the real estate value chain, from developers and realtors to tenants, by leveraging technology to reduce vacancy rates, encourage passive income, and make rental processes easier and more transparent.
