Members of the Oyo State Advisory Council, on Wednesday, lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for the quality and pace of work on the ongoing Ibadan Circular Road project.

‎The commendation was given during an inspection tour of the project site. The council members, led by Chairman Chief Bolaji Ayorinde (SAN), expressed satisfaction with the standard of construction.

‎The team was conducted around the project site by the State Commissioner for Works and Transportation, Architect Mojeed Mogbojubola. The tour began at the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway axis of the project and concluded at the Ibadan-Ife Expressway Section.

‎The Chairman of the Oyo State Advisory Council, Chief Bolaji Ayorinde (SAN), commended Governor Makinde for executing the Ibadan Circular Road project, describing it as a legacy initiative poised to ease traffic congestion within the Ibadan metropolis, stimulate economic growth, and open up the corridor for real estate development and hospitality investments. The project road tour spanned Oluyole, Egbeda, and Ona Ara Local Government Areas.

‎Other members of the Advisory Council who joined the tour were Hon Babatunde Oduyoye, Alhaji Bashir Ajibade, Chief Atanda Alaase, Bukola Ajaja, Dr Aderemi Ayodele, Pastor Akinade Alamu and Alhaji Rasaki Gbadegesin.
