The Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Limited, Chibuikem Onyekachi, said businesses must prioritise professionalism, honesty and consistency with their clientele to stay afloat.
He urged organisations to empower their workers with the necessary tools to thrive in the business.Onyekachi said this during the firm’s mid-year feast, held at the International Conference Centre in Enugu State.
The gathering was a platform created to motivate and encourage employees and partners, where various items, such as cars, refrigerators, iPhones, and TV sets, among others, were distributed to prospective winners.
Addressing the participants, Onyekachi, stated that the company’s vision is to remain at the forefront of innovative real estate development, where professionalism, honesty and consistency in business dealings with clients remain their priority.

Also speaking, veteran Nollywood actress and brand ambassador of the firm, Patience Ozokwo, praised the company for making housing a realistic dream for many young Nigerians.She applauded Onyekachi for his commitment to providing trustworthy services for customers adding that he has distinguished himself among others in the real estate sector.
