The Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) has entered into a joint venture with Annuva Homes Limited to deliver 33 residential duplexes in the Ikate area of Lekki, Lagos. The project, named Platinum Terraces, is sited on 8,193.540 square meters along Platinum Way, Igbokusu, Jakande, within the Government Land Allocation Scheme.
At the signing ceremony, LSDPC’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Hon. Ayodeji Joseph, represented the state agency, while Mr. Ololade David Osungbohun, Managing Director of Annuva Homes, signed on behalf of the private developer.
Speaking at the event, Joseph said the initiative forms part of Lagos State’s broader approach to expanding residential infrastructure through partnerships with credible developers. “We are proud to work with private developers like Annuva Homes who have demonstrated commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation. This project will not only increase housing availability but also uplift the aesthetics and value of the Igbokusu–Jakande corridor,” he stated.
For Annuva Homes, the agreement represents an extension of its track record in real estate development across Lagos. The company has delivered projects including Galleria Apartments, Kaz Mall, and Farm Villa Estate. Commenting on the Lekki development, Osungbohun said, “At Annuva Homes, we are not just building homes; we are building futures, lifestyles, and legacies. Our collaboration with LSDPC is a testament to the faith institutions and individuals have in our capacity. With Platinum Terraces, we are not only constructing duplexes, we’re creating a living experience that will stand the test of time.”
Platinum Terraces will consist of 33 four-bedroom duplexes, each with a boys’ quarters, designed with estate-wide utilities including central water supply, CCTV surveillance, green spaces, and independent power infrastructure. The location offers proximity to commercial hubs in Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, and Chevron, while providing a residential setting within a planned estate.
Construction of the project is currently underway, with units being marketed on an off-plan basis. The partners have indicated that flexible payment arrangements are available for interested buyers.
The collaboration between LSDPC and Annuva Homes adds to the state’s strategy of using joint ventures to address the housing shortfall in Lagos, where population growth and rapid urbanisation continue to outpace residential supply.
