MFM donates chapel to King’s College, Lagos

The General Overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Worldwide, Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, has dedicated a one-storey chapel building constructed by the MFM Tent Makers Pastoral Ministry, Lagos Region 15, Victoria Island, for use by students of King’s College, Lagos.

Speaking during the dedication ceremony, Olukoya emphasised that divine help does not depend on human influence or connections, but on God’s will.

“God does not need you to know any big or influential person to help you. He uses the unexpected things of this world to lift whoever He chooses,” he said.
He encouraged the students and staff of the school to pray for divine intervention in their lives, urging them to declare, “O God, raise a voice for me where I have no voice.”
Olukoya recounted his personal experience of how God used an office messenger to help him secure a Commonwealth scholarship to study in the United Kingdom after he had missed the submission deadline by two months. The encounter, he said, taught him that God can use anyone, regardless of status, to fulfil one’s destiny.

“God raised a voice for me where I had no voice,” Olukoya said, urging the students to always strive for excellence.

He highlighted three principles for success: mastering one’s chosen field, doing one’s work with excellence, and recognizing that everyone is created to solve a unique problem.

The event was attended by senior MFM pastors, led by Pastor Clement Imoru, as well as the principal, vice principal, and senior teachers of King’s College, who expressed appreciation for the donation.
The MFM has made similar contributions to the University of Lagos Staff School, Methodist Boys’ High School, and Queen’s College as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
