As the festive season travel peak hits the nation’s airports, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has called for a strong collaboration among all agencies and service providers to ensure a smooth and positive experience for passengers.
According to a statement yesterday by the Director of Public Affairs & Consumer Protection, FAAN, Henry Agbebire, airports play a critical role as the nation’s first impression during the influx of travellers at this time of the season.
He stated that Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja, were key gateways that required exceptional service delivery.
He, therefore, appealed to all stakeholders, including the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Port Health, Quarantine, Department of State Services (DSS).
