The Chief Executive Officer of Nigerian foremost sports facilities construction company, Monimichelle, Ebi Egbe, has said that Zamfara State is witnessing a clear shift from ‘abandoned promises’ to visible, people-centered development under the leadership of Governor Dauda Lawal.

“Youths in Zamfara State will no longer be ignored, abandoned, or left vulnerable to crime, drug abuse, and insecurity by the time we complete the reconstruction of the Sardauna Memorial Community Stadium,” Egbe told The Guardian.

“Sports is not just an infrastructure project but a statement of leadership. The ongoing reconstruction of the Sardauna Memorial Community Stadium is a statement that Zamfara’s youths will no longer be ignored, abandoned, or left vulnerable to crime, drug abuse, and insecurity.

“In line with the state’s Youth Development and Security Policies, this project is designed to actively engage young people, restore hope, and reclaim communities from the grip of social vices,” he stated.

According to Egbe, popularly known as Monimichelle, for the first time in a long, sports development in Zamfara is taking a strategic, intentional, and impactful dimension.

“The stadium is already stimulating local businesses, creating jobs, and strengthening collaboration between communities and security agencies because real security starts with opportunity, inclusion, and trust.

“This is the Dr. Dauda Lawal difference: leadership that confronts problems head-on, invests in solutions, and delivers results the people can see and feel. No propaganda. No excuses. Just work.

“From infrastructure to youth empowerment, Lawal is rebuilding Zamfara brick by brick, policy by policy, and project by project. He is leaving no stone unturned in restoring dignity, safety, and confidence in governance.

“Zamfara is rising again not by luck, but by leadership. Not by noise, but by action.

Not by the past, but by a Governor who understands that sports development is security, and security is development,” Egbe stated.
