Tinubu to visit Adamawa

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu is scheduled to visit Adamawa State on Monday for a one-day official engagement that will see him inaugurate key infrastructure projects and interact with stakeholders in a town-hall-style setting.

The trip comes less than 48 hours after a similar visit to Kebbi State, underscoring what officials describe as a continuing round of project commissioning and direct citizen engagement across the country.

During the visit, President Tinubu is expected to meet with top government officials, traditional rulers and community leaders, in addition to holding broader consultations with indigenes of the state.

The meetings are aimed at fostering closer federal–state collaboration and providing a platform for feedback on development priorities and national policies.

Among the projects slated for inauguration in Yola and Jimeta is the newly completed eight-lane Galadima Aminu Road linking Gimba with the state capital, a major urban corridor expected to ease traffic flow and stimulate commercial activities.

Also billed for commissioning is a model school complex comprising pre-primary, primary and junior secondary sections, designed to expand access to quality basic education.

Other facilities lined up for unveiling include a new multipurpose hall, a remodelled High Court complex, a newly constructed officers’ residential complex, and the renovated Government House.

The projects collectively reflect ongoing infrastructure renewal efforts within the state.

President Tinubu is expected to conclude the visit with interactive sessions with residents before returning to Abuja later the same day.
