The Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Dr Sam Adeyemi, has emphasised the urgent need for intentional leadership in today’s rapidly evolving world.

The conference, themed “Making BIG SHIFTS,” brought together a diverse audience of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs), founders, senior executives, professionals, and emerging leaders, all united by a shared commitment to growth, leadership, and national transformation.

Adeyemi, however, challenged the attendees to move beyond personal success and embrace leadership that builds people, strengthens systems, and creates lasting impact.

“Success is not the final goal. Significance is about who you are raising, what you are building, and the legacy you are creating. Leadership is influence, and influence must be used responsibly,” he said.
