Seyi Vibez entered the stage with his hit single Happy, immediately lifting the energy at the venue. Fans sang along as he moved through some of his popular records.

One of the notable moments of his set came when he brought out his signee, Muyeez, who joined him onstage as they performed their hit song, “Instagram”.

Before Seyi Vibez’s performance, the event featured appearances from several artistes, including Boy Muller, 6uff and other emerging acts, who kept the crowd entertained through the evening.

Another surprise of the night came when Shoday brought out Small Doctor during his performance. Their appearance added another memorable moment to the event.

Mainland Block Party has grown into one of Lagos’ most recognised grassroots music events. Known for celebrating street music, youth culture and emerging talent, the concert has become a gathering point for fans on the mainland and beyond.

Over the years, the platform has hosted performances by established and fast-rising artistes, helping to connect mainstream acts with audiences in a more direct setting.

The platform opened the year with a major headline performance on January 1, when Olamide took to the Mainland Block Party stage at the Police College, Ikeja. The appearance was special, as it marked the rapper’s first performance on the mainland in years.

For Seyi Vibez, the night marked both a performance and a career milestone. The singer has become one of the most prominent voices in Nigerian street-pop, building a loyal fan base through his music and a steady run of hit songs.
