United States President Donald Trump says Iran has been playing games with the U.S. and the rest of the world regarding negotiations and a potential deal to end ongoing conflicts between the two countries.
Trump stated this in a post on his Truth Social on Sunday. He equally accused the Islamic Republic of mixed messaging by showing respect in private while publicly denying communication.
Trump, however, expressed belief that Iran still wants to reach an agreement, stressing that if attacked again by Iran, the U.S. would respond with full strength.
Recall that the crisis started on February 28, when the U.S. in a joint collaboration with Israellaunched an attack on Iran, resulting in the death of its Supreme Leader and other top government officials.
