The Chairman of the Board of The Delborough Lagos and Obi of Onitsha, Nnaemeka Alfred Ugochukwu Achebe, has congratulated the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stanel Group and The Delborough Lagos, Stanley Uzochukwu, following the successful completion of executive leadership programmes at University of Oxford and Harvard Kennedy School.
Uzochukwu completed several executive education programmes in 2025, including High Performance Leadership, Emerging Leaders, Leadership Decision Making, Leading Successful Programs Using Evidence, and Strategic Leadership for Personal Effectiveness.
Speaking during a telephone conversation on Monday, the monarch commended Uzochukwu for his commitment to personal development and academic advancement despite his business engagements.
The traditional ruler also praised the businessman, who was recently inaugurated as Chairman of the UNIZIK Advancement Board, for what he described as his dedication to continuous learning and leadership growth.
The Obi of Onitsha urged Uzochukwu to apply the knowledge gained from the programmes towards the expansion of the Delborough brand, particularly with plans underway for The Delborough Abuja.
“Congratulations, my son, and welcome back from Oxford. We are waiting for the deployment of the newly acquired knowledge and its gains to the growth and expansion of The Delborough Lagos brand,” the monarch said.
“Your zeal for personal development is evident in the ground you are breaking in your early stage of life. On behalf of The Delborough Lagos board members, I heartily commend and congratulate you on your academic achievements,” he added.
