Mrs. Kudirat Abiodun Balogun (née Adegunwa) is a distinguished corporate executive, accomplished finance professional, and respected business leader whose career spans more than three decades across strategic finance, manufacturing, corporate governance, operational transformation, enterprise development, and institutional leadership.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School), London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom. She has also attended several executive leadership and management programmes at globally renowned institutions, including Harvard Business School and the Wharton School, where she further strengthened her expertise in strategic leadership, business transformation, and executive decision-making.

Mrs. Balogun currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Finance and Information Technology at Rite Foods Limited, one of Nigeria’s foremost indigenous Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing companies. In this capacity, she provides strategic leadership across finance, treasury management, enterprise governance, information technology, risk management, business planning, operational efficiency, and corporate transformation initiatives.

Over the years, she has played a critical role in the remarkable growth and transformation of Rite Foods Limited from a relatively modest operation into a leading manufacturing enterprise with a valuation exceeding ₦500 billion and a significant presence across Nigeria’s consumer goods sector. Through prudent financial management, strong governance structures, strategic planning, and disciplined execution, she has helped strengthen the company’s operational capacity, institutional framework, and long-term sustainability.

Her professional expertise covers a broad spectrum of strategic disciplines, including corporate finance, treasury management, enterprise risk management, governance systems, digital transformation, operational excellence, business restructuring, and long-term growth strategy. She has successfully led and supported several high-impact financing and transformation initiatives, including development financing programmes, international supplier financing arrangements, and major industrial expansion projects that have contributed to strengthening local manufacturing and boosting economic productivity.
