A Federal High Court in Abuja has sentenced three men arrested by the DSS over the Oriire school abduction in Oyo State to life imprisonment.

The convicts — Abdulrazak Umar, Yinusa Musa and Shamu Adamu Sani — pleaded guilty to concealing information about the kidnapping and admitting membership of Darul Salam, an affiliate of the proscribed terrorist group Ansaru.

Justice Salim Ibrahim convicted and sentenced the trio on Thursday under the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022.
