TechRegard has been named the 2026 Fast Rising Tech Newspaper of the Year at the Golden Stars Award in recognition of its contribution to technology journalism and digital news reporting in Nigeria.

The award was presented during a ceremony held on Saturday at the Watercress Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, where media professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs and other guests gathered to celebrate excellence across various sectors.

The publication’s Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, Edeh Chibuzor, popularly known as Chibugod, received the award on behalf of the organisation.
