FastLink Infrastructure, the AI-driven commerce infrastructure business of Elsooltaan Group, has announced expanded operational coverage across Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon, supported by more than 150 verified delivery partners.

The company said it now has full coverage across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, with more than 80 active locations. It also has 90 per cent regional coverage in Ghana and 80 per cent coverage in Cameroon.

FastLink said its business model is focused on providing infrastructure for retailers, brands and vendors rather than competing directly with them or selling products to consumers.

The company operates through three interconnected layers: FastLink AI, FastLink Marketplace and the FastLink Delivery Network (FDN).

FastLink AI serves as the intelligence layer, coordinating orders across different channels, optimising delivery routes and allocating capacity based on real-time information.

The company said the system also provides visibility across vendors, retailers and logistics partners, allowing participants in the network to monitor operations more effectively.

FastLink Marketplace provides the commercial layer through a digital storefront system comprising Premium Brand Stores, Retail and Mall Digital Partnerships, and a Verified Vendor Layer.

The third component, FastLink Delivery Network, provides the operational infrastructure through a network of verified delivery companies and riders coordinated through FastLink AI.

According to the company, the three components operate as a continuous system.

“Brands and vendors enter through the Marketplace, FastLink AI structures and routes each order based on real-time capacity and location data, FDN partners execute delivery, and performance data flows back into the AI layer to keep improving the next cycle,” FastLink said.

The company said it is working towards a network of more than 1,000 verified delivery units as it expands its operations across Africa.

Expansion plans include entry into Egypt, Libya and Algeria, extending the company’s footprint beyond its existing markets in West and Central Africa.

FastLink Infrastructure is the AI-driven commerce infrastructure business of Elsooltaan Group, with operations currently spanning Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon.

The company said its broader objective is to provide an integrated infrastructure layer connecting digital commerce, marketplaces and logistics across African markets.
