… Hails Aiyedatiwa’s leadership

A Special Adviser to Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, on Special Duties and Strategy, Oluwafemi Fadairo, has disclosed that the state will be delivered to President Bola Tinubu with what he described as massive votes during the 2027 elections.

Fadairo stated this during a thanksgiving service and reception held in Akure to appreciate the governor for his appointment into the state cabinet.

According to him, his mandate extends beyond his official duties to include strengthening the APC across all 18 local government areas of the state and effectively communicating the achievements of both the Tinubu and Aiyedatiwa administrations to the electorate.

He described the task as a collective responsibility requiring the cooperation of party leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Fadairo emphasized that the target of one million votes for Tinubu is achievable through sustained grassroots engagement and political mobilization.

He stressed that the state would surpass its previous electoral performance for the president, citing his deep-rooted connections within Akure and across the state as a foundation for the goal.

While describing his appointment as a call to service and vowing to deploy his experience and network to support the government’s agenda, Fadairo lauded Aiyedatiwa for what he called the governor’s continued leadership and the implementation of projects and programs across the state.

He urged residents to sustain their support for the administration, calling for unity and patience as the government pursues policies aimed at improving their welfare.

“We will support the governor and work with other stakeholders to ensure that Ondo State is delivered for President Tinubu in 2027. We are targeting one million votes, and we will achieve it. As a grassroots person in Akure and Ondo State, I can assure you that we will attain that goal by the grace of God.”

He further expressed gratitude to the governor, saying the fresh opportunity had imposed on him a greater responsibility to contribute to the state’s development.

“I appreciate Governor Aiyedatiwa for the confidence reposed in me. I will not take the appointment for granted. I am elated and happy that Mr. Governor deemed it fit to appoint me at this critical time. I want to appreciate him for the good work he has been doing for the people of Ondo State, and I believe he will continue to do more.”
