Commemorated under the theme “Legacy in Motion,” the festivities bridged the elite institution’s 88-year history of excellence with a strategic vision for the future.

The week brought together captains of industry, financial experts, sports enthusiasts, cultural icons, and the club’s vibrant community for a memorable celebration of unity and heritage. The anniversary commenced on Monday, September 28, with a high-profile Media Connect event held at the club’s iconic Rotunda. The evening served as a nexus for media executives, corporate leaders, and legendary entertainment personalities.

In a standout moment of the night, several Nollywood stars and veterans were honoured for their enduring contributions to Nigerian society and the global creative arts space.

True to Ikoyi Club’s reputation as Nigeria’s premier private sporting hub, competitive tournaments dominated the weekly schedule. Members battled for supremacy across the club’s major sections, displaying high-level sportsmanship.
