The social enterprise holds its 8th annual conference, THE SHIFT, on 31 October at Glitz Event Centre, Oniru, Lekki, Lagos
360 Woman Africa will host its 2026 Annual Conference on Saturday, 31 October at Glitz Event Centre, Oniru, Lekki, Lagos.
The conference comes as 360 Woman Africa marks 10 years of bold, transformative impact. Over the past decade, the non-profit organisation has championed skills development for women in business and leadership, helping them grow in confidence, capacity and influence. This year’s gathering is the 8th edition of its annual conference.
The theme of the conference is THE SHIFT: Designing Women’s Relevance in an AI-Intelligent World. As artificial intelligence changes how we work, run businesses and manage our homes, the conference invites women to step forward with clarity and purpose, not fear. It will offer practical skills for life, work and business in a changing economy.
Dr. Yvonne Chioma Ofodile, Founder and Convener of 360 Woman Africa, said:
“Artificial intelligence is not simply changing the way we work; it is redefining the architecture of opportunity, economic power and leadership. The question for women is no longer whether AI will affect their future, but whether they will actively shape that future or be shaped by it.
Women who move decisively to understand, adopt and strategically leverage AI will unlock new frontiers of productivity, scale their businesses, expand their influence and redefine what is possible across their careers and industries. In an increasingly AI-intelligent world, relevance will belong to those who are willing to evolve, innovate and lead.

Through this conference, we are challenging women to move beyond passive participation in the AI revolution and position themselves as architects of innovation, builders of AI-enabled enterprises, influential decision-makers and leaders of the future. Our ambition is not merely to prepare women for the future of work, but to equip them to shape the future of business, leadership and society.”
The programme will feature panel sessions and hands-on AI skills workshops, giving women tools they can put to use right away. More than 1,500 women founders, executives and professionals are expected to attend.
Mrs. Ibukun Awosika, former Chairman of First Bank of Nigeria, will deliver the keynote. She will be joined by:
Mrs. Tara Fela-Durotoye, founder, House of Tara International Prince Nnamdi Ekeh, CEO, Konga Group; Dr. Olubayo Adekanmbi, founder, Data Science Nigeria, Dr. Yvonne Chioma Ofodile, MD/CEO Zetile Oil and Gas Ltd, Zetile Stores Ltd and Founder, 360 Woman Africa amongst other leading global experts.
