FOUNDER, Fowler Model Management, Femi Fowler has been awarded the “Visual Icon & Talent Architect of the Year” at the Achievers Awards International ceremony  in recognition of his outstanding works in talent management, casting and choreography, photography, and visual storytelling.

‎ ‎Fowler is the founder and creative director of Fowler Model Management, established in Lagos in 2016. His work included scouting and developing models, supporting their professional growth, and placing talent internationally.

‎His fashion credits include serving as Casting Director for Tokyo James and Martell’s OSU capsule collection at Milan Fashion Week in 2021. In 2023, he handled casting and choreography for Maxivive’s Okrika! presentation at De Balie in Amsterdam.
‎ Fowler’s photography and exhibition work includes Black Rainbow by Wumen in Rotterdam in 2023 and Jollof for Love at Hotel Arena in Amsterdam in 2025 among others.

‎ The award recognises the range of Fowler’s work, connecting his support for emerging talent with the images and fashion presentations through which African identity is seen and interpreted.
