Not to forget, the amazing health benefits of ginger, such as: digestion aid, nausea relieve, stress reliever, congestion associated with cold relieve and so many others.

Procedure
- Peel, wash and grate ginger roots into a cup or two of boiling water and allow to heat for about five minutes.
- When ready, sieve out the water; add your slice of lemon, honey and cover to brew.

- Sieve your flour, salt, baking powder into the mixture.
- Add your milk and kneed properly with your hands until it forms a whole.
- Flour a flat surface, place your dough on it and roll with rolling pin until half an inch flat.
