The presidential candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, has appointed Anthony Ehilebo as his Special Adviser on Media and Digital Communication ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

The appointment takes immediate effect, according to a statement announcing the development, with more campaign team appointments expected to follow.

Ehilebo is a senior legal professional and strategic adviser with more than 15 years of experience spanning legal practice, political communications and executive consultancy.

He was educated at the University of Buckingham and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.

Makinde said Ehilebo’s experience as a communication strategist and lawyer would be an asset to the APM’s campaign and its efforts to communicate its agenda to Nigerians ahead of the 2027 presidential election.

The governor said Ehilebo would play a key role in driving the party’s communication strategy and articulating its message to voters.

Makinde urged Nigerians to support the APM, describing the 2027 election as an opportunity to change the country’s political leadership.

“With unity, courage, and determination, we will reclaim Nigeria’s destiny and deliver the future our people deserve,” Makinde said.
