FG trains 1,367 civil servants

The Federal government has successfully trained 1,367 staff members to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes for optimal productivity on various work schedules, the Head of Service, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, has said.

The Federal government has successfully trained 1,367 staff members to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes for optimal productivity on various work schedules, the Head of Service, Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, has said.
 
Yemi-Esan stated: ‘’The human capacity needs of staff are dynamically evolving in the Federal Public Service of today in the realities of the rapid-changing world. For any organisation to attain its goals and objectives, it requires employees who are efficient, productive, incorruptible and citizen-centered (EPIC), which is one of the goals of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan.”
 
The HoS disclosed this at the closing ceremony of a workshop on ‘Capacity Building and Skill Development at the Public Service Institute in Abuja.
