Red Star Express Plc, a logistic company has concluded plans to hold its 23rd yearly meeting slated for Thursday, August 18 in Lagos.

The meeting is expected to handle issues such as presentation of audited financial statement for the year ended March 31, 2016 and reports of the directors, auditors, and audit committee, declare dividend, re-elect directors, and elect members of the audit committee, amongÍ others.

In a statement, the company stated that some dividend warrants have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or revalidation, and such affected shareholders are to contact the Registrar for rectification.

“We are officially announcing to the public, most especially our stakeholders that the company’s yearly meeting and shareholders should update their records with the Registrar, he said.
