To promote the culture of excellence and contribute to the growth of the institution, Senior Management Class 55 (SMP55) alumni of the Lagos Business School (LBS) recently inaugurated a new set of executives to pilot the affairs of the association.

At the event in Lagos, the its Public Relations Officer, Esther Ojo advised the old students to reawaken the true spirit of SMP55 and promote the philosophy of the school among the team, families, friends and the society.

Its new President, Charles Ojo expressed gratitude to the members for the trust reposed on him and outlined strategic measures that would reinvent and facilitate the process of bringing every member of the class back to the fold.

Ojo revealed plans to increase participation among the old students by encouraging regional meetings with personal follow-up on members in Abuja, Benin and the South-south region of the country.

He also promised to continue with the projects of the previous regime in the area of corporate social responsibility and sustainable initiatives while taking members’ welfare as top priority.

The alumni encouraged the new officials to initiate programmes that would give every member a true sense of belonging while promising to support them in the task.
