To boost the country’s creative industry and support young talents to be self-dependent, Nigeria’s premium lager beer brand, Goldberg, has empowered two youths in Warri, the Delta State capital, with the sum of N1 million.

The beneficiaries, who are two Warri-based disc jockeys, DJ Clovis and Cool DJ Nice, were empowered with N500,000 each after they emerged victorious at a competition held at the Effurun Roundabout in Warri.

Speaking on the development, Brand Manager, Goldberg, Oluyemi Ekundayo, said, “We know how hardworking the people of Warri are, we recognise and celebrate this and we revel in bringing this platform to reward their loyalty especially for choosing Goldberg.”

Karkarkey engaged the audience with his dexterity on the talking drum alongside DJ Dabila.

Renowned Warri-born songwriter and rapper, Erriga also took the crowd to a different level of excitement with his energetic performance.
