O’Neil Shallangwa is a 13-year-old entrepreneur. He is the founder of iSave Nigeria, a business that focuses on teaching both adults and kids the importance of financial discipline, using modern and creative handmade wooden boxes to change lives one day at a time.
iSave Nigeria was founded in July 2018 from the strong sense of responsibility Oneil felt to fix his PS4 by saving his daily lunch break money. But at the end, he used the money to buy saving boxes, which he resold so he can teach others that anything is achievable, if you SPEND LESS AND SAVE MORE.
O’neil recently started donating a part of his profits from reselling these saving boxes to the Dorcas Foundation to help children fighting cancer
The young entrepreneur is currently a student of Radiance High School, Festac town, Lagos and is in SS1.Being a teenpreneur has come with its fair share of challenges. These include balancing school and attending to business. But with the full support of his parents, he has been able to cope and go through it.
His role model is his dad, Mr. Babanufawa Hussaini Shallangwa. O’neil is fully motivated by the urge to help others, and he wants to see changes in people’s lives.
