Sheri Hamilton, COO leverages on the power of effective communication


How do you manage a category 5 hurricane like Grant Cardone all day, every day, 24/7? You need some serious organisational muscle,” Sheri Hamilton laughs. Sheri brings almost 30 years of corporate operational experience to her executive role in Grant Cardone’s Enterprise of companies.

Reflecting on how their working relationship came to be, she explains, “I was a friend of Grant’s twin brother, Gary, who introduced me to Grant just as he was taking his virtual online University live. He was getting things done and as he was expanding and growing his business, moving into something that was more than just him, he realized he needed somebody with the experience behind them of a company that sort of knew how to put those pieces in place.”


In 2011, Sheri took on the role of Chief Operations Officer for Cardone Training Technologies, Inc, Cardone Capital, Cardone Real Estate Acquisitions, and Cardone Enterprises, Inc. She explains, “After a couple of years of Grant tracking me to help manage his operation, he made me an offer I could not refuse and I have been helping Grant take his 10X brand and technology to the world ever since.”

With Grant as the face of Cardone Enterprises, many people may never know about the hard work Sheri puts in behind the scenes. As COO, she has made company success her duty, obligation, and responsibility, and she has done so flawlessly. “Our real estate investment portfolio has 8,275 units worth over $2 billion. Our online Universities have served over 338,000 individuals and Forbes 100 companies,” she remarks.

“We also seek out and feature surprising A-List talent for our events, including Usher, John Travolta, Kevin Hart, Magic Johnson, Dana White, Floyd Mayweather, Brad Parscale, Sara Blakely, John Maxwell, Steve Harvey, and much, much more.”

As the number one sales and marketing trainer in the world, Grant Cardone continues to reach thousands of people through his universities and events. However, Sheri believes that the company’s success can be accredited to much more than fame and influence. She says, “We do what others refuse to do and our technology actually works. We get success stories from people using Grant’s principles in his books and universities every day. We actually have a usable technology that works for those that apply it and that is so gratifying.”
