The Nedcomoaks Group has concluded plans to host its premier real estate and youth empowerment summit, hosted by Dr Kennedy Okonkwo, the award-winning developer, investor, and Group Managing Director of Nedcomoaks Group.

Following the success of previous editions, this year’s Unleashed for Takeover promises to be the most dynamic gathering yet, drawing together a vibrant mix of real estate professionals, creative minds, government stakeholders, aspiring entrepreneurs, and industry disruptors under one roof.

The last edition, held in Lagos, welcomed over 2,500 participants during its three-day run. This year’s summit is slated for May 1st and 2nd at the Balmoral Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Over 4,000 participants, including industry leaders, policymakers, content creators, tech innovators, and students, are expected at this year’s event with powerful keynote addresses and panel sessions on real estate investment, youth leadership, technology integration, and sustainable development.
